Booking terms

What you are booking

A stay at the holiday rental with tourist registry number VUT/GR/014830, in Salobreña (Granada, Spain), for the dates you select and the number of guests stated.

The price shown at booking is the final price, taxes included. You will see the full breakdown, including cleaning where applicable, before confirming.

Booking and payment

You book and pay on this very website, with secure payment processed by Stripe: a 30% deposit is charged on confirmation and the balance is charged automatically to the same card 7 days before arrival (if arrival is less than 7 days away, the full amount is charged when booking). You will receive the confirmation by email with your stay details and a personal link to complete check-in.

If the balance charge cannot be completed (for instance, because your bank asks for confirmation), we will send you a link to finish it yourself. You do not lose the booking for that reason as long as payment is completed before arrival.

How the contract is made

A booking is completed in four steps on this website: (1) you pick dates and number of guests, (2) you see the final price with its breakdown, (3) you enter your details and (4) you pay by card. Before paying you can go back and correct any step. The contract is made in Spanish or English, depending on the language you book in, and is documented in the confirmation email you receive and on your personal booking page; keep that email — it is your copy.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in and check-out take place within the times shown on the property page. If you need different times, write to info@apartamentoseng.com and we will tell you whether it is possible.

Cancellations

  • Up to 30 days before arrival: everything you paid is refunded.
  • Between 30 and 7 days before: the deposit (30% of the total price) is retained and the rest of what you paid is refunded.
  • Less than 7 days before, or a no-show: no refund.

Refunds go back to the same card you paid with, usually within 5–10 working days depending on your bank.

No right of withdrawal

Under article 103.l of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (Spanish Consumer Protection Act), accommodation contracts for a specific date or period are excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal.

In other words: once the booking is confirmed, only the cancellation terms above apply.

Guest obligations

  • Provide the details of every traveller for the mandatory registration (Royal Decree 933/2021).
  • Do not exceed the number of guests booked.
  • Respect the neighbours' rest and the building's rules.
  • Take responsibility for any damage caused during the stay.

Complaints

Official complaint forms of the Junta de Andalucía are available at the property on paper and electronically, using the code at the end of this page. Booking at a distance, you may also request and submit them by email at info@apartamentoseng.com or by post to the owner's address in the legal notice; we send them the same day and reply within ten working days. For any issue, please write to info@apartamentoseng.com first — almost everything gets solved before that.
