We booked this only as a single night en route to Malaga, and in hindsight we wished that we had stayed longer. It's a lovely new apartment with everything working very well. Good cooking equipment, and he'd even thought to leave some olive oil. It's a quite neighbourhood with a great view of the local fort on the hill. Most comfy sofa ever!

👍 La disponibilidad del propietario, rapidez de respuesta y amabilidad Localización del apartamento con plus de cochera. A 2 minutos a pie de la playa, zona tranquila con paisajes impresionantes. Tiene varios bares cerca y dando un paseíto de 15 minutos por la playa llegas al peñón de salobreña. Apartamento con todo lo necesario para pasar una estancia de desconexión y conocer la costa tropical. Camas cómodas, sofá cómodo, baño y cocina con todo lo necesario. Tiene aire acondicionado. 👎 Todo estupendo

👍 Trato de 10 , Santiago es muy atento y buena gente ,hace que todo sea muy fácil,muy flexible en todo ,si algo está en sus manos el lo hace ,no te pone peros ni pegas ,la verdad es una de esas personas que te gustaría que te tocase siempre en todas las vacaciones,por desgracia cada vez hay menos personas así !! .
👍 Lo primero que me gustó la cercanía del anfitrión desde el minuto uno, contacto rápido cada vez que lo llamaba o le escribía para preguntarle alguna duda. Llegamos al apartamento y era precioso y estaba súper limpio, lo recomiendo 100%. Camas cómodas, sofá cómodo, no faltaba detalle de absolutamente nada. Volveremos sin dudarlo. 👎 Nos gustó todo.

The apartment is in Caleta-La Guardia, with the beach just across the promenade. A kilometre away the old town begins: whitewashed streets climbing up to the Moorish castle, with the rock jutting into the sea and the sugar-cane fields below. This is the Costa Tropical: you can swim from May to October and still spend the same weekend skiing in Sierra Nevada or walking in the Alpujarra.

What time can I check in and out?
Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out between 08:00 and 10:00. If you need different times, write to us and we will see what we can do.
How many of us fit?
The whole apartment is yours: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and up to 6 people. You share it with no one.
Is there a cot, a high chair or an extra bed?
Ask us before booking and we will confirm for your dates: a cot, a high chair or an extra bed can usually be arranged. That is one of the upsides of dealing with us directly.
How far is the beach?
Just across the promenade: you walk out of the door and you are there. The old town, the castle and the rock are 1 km away.
Which airport should we fly into?
Granada is the closest (79 km), Málaga has the most flights (103 km) and Almería is 136 km away. All three are an easy motorway drive.
Is there parking?
Yes, and it is included in the price: the building has a garage with a lift up to the apartment door, so you arrive, park and go up without dragging suitcases along the street. If you come with a second car, less than 20 seconds away on foot there is an open lot where parking is easy.
What if I arrive late or my phone dies?
Not a problem. The entrance has a video intercom: you ring from there and we answer and let you in straight away, even if you have no phone on you. Check-in is self-service and at whatever time you need, but you are never left outside with no way to reach us.
Is there Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating?
Yes, all three. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a washing machine, an iron, a TV and a terrace.
Can I bring a pet?
On request: write to us before booking, tell us how many and what size, and we will confirm for your dates.
Can we smoke?
The apartment is non-smoking.
How do we pay?
You pay right here by card: a 30% deposit when booking, and the balance is charged automatically to the same card 7 days before arrival (if you arrive within 7 days, the full amount is charged at once). Payment is processed by Stripe; your card never passes through our servers.
What if I need to cancel?
Free up to 30 days before arrival: everything you paid is refunded. Between 30 and 7 days before, the deposit (30% of the total) is retained and the rest refunded. Less than 7 days before, or a no-show, means no refund. If what you need is to change the dates, write to us: if there is room, it can almost always be moved.
