Purpose

This site provides information about the accommodation and lets you book it directly, with no middleman. Booking and payment are handled by our booking engine, which may be operated by an external provider.

Tourist registry

The property is registered in the Andalusian Tourism Register under number VUT/GR/014830, which appears on every page of this site and in all advertising for the property, as required by law.

Intellectual property

The texts and the photographs of the accommodation belong to the owner and may not be reproduced without permission. Some pictures of the surroundings come from Wikimedia Commons, in the public domain or under a CC0 licence.

Liability

The owner is not liable for service interruptions beyond their control, nor for the content of third-party sites linked from here.

Law and complaints

This relationship is governed by Spanish law. The property holds the official complaint forms (hojas de quejas y reclamaciones) of the Junta de Andalucía, on paper inside the home and electronically through the Hoj@ system, using the code at the end of this page. As the booking is made at a distance, you may also request and submit them by email at info@apartamentoseng.com or by post to the owner's address shown above; we send them the same day. We reply within ten working days of receiving a complaint.
